Opening: 05/09/09 Southwest Ranches, FL (Ft. Lauderdale area): offering new patients the grandfathered price of $165, and existing patients a $50 discount

Opening: 05/23/09 Deland, FL (Orlando area): offering new patients the grandfathered price of $165, and existing patients a $50 discount

Opening: 06/05/09 & 06/06/09 Smithtown, NY (Long Island area): first 10 patient appointments are complimentary; remaining appointments on training day are $50. This applies to new and existing patients.
