Updated Fill Doctors

I've been trying to update our Fill Doctor List. I have removed a couple of doctors who no longer provide adjustments. I've also added a few doctors that I have found that do fills/adjustments for patients banded in Mexico.

If you have gotten a fill from a doctor in the U.S. and would recommend him/her (and they're not currently on our list) can you either post their contact information here or email me the information to tricia@thebariatric.com? I think it's important for all of us to have as many resources as possible available for adjustments. Sometimes people have to drive a long distance and there may be a doctor much closer to them if they only knew about them.
